Returns & refunds
Not happy, or did something go wrong? Here is everything about changing your mind, damaged items and changing an order.

01 — 14 days right of withdrawal
Under EU distance-selling rules you have 14 days to change your mind, counting from the day you received your item. No reason needed.
02 — How to start a return
- Email info@layeredpixels.se with your order number and which item it concerns.
- I reply with the return address and a short set of instructions.
- Send the parcel back within 14 days of telling me.
- You cover the return shipping, unless the item is faulty or you were sent the wrong item.
03 — Refunds
I refund as soon as the return has arrived and the item has been checked, no later than 14 days after I received your return.
The money goes back to the same card or payment method you used, and includes the shipping charged at checkout.
Items made to your own measurements, colours or specification are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
04 — Damaged or faulty items
Was your item damaged in transit, or is there a fault? Email me within 14 days, ideally with a photo, and I will send a replacement or refund the full amount.
For faulty, damaged or wrongly delivered items I cover the return shipping.
05 — Change or cancel an order
Everything is made after your order is placed. Get in touch as soon as you change your mind, before the parcel leaves, and I will adjust or cancel the order and refund you.
06 — Contact
Send an email to info@layeredpixels.se with your order number in the subject line and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
The terms below apply in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal under EU distance-selling rules.
